本论文主要是在总结国内外研究成果基础上，从波浪与水流共同作用下海床上直立大直径圆柱建筑物周围的局部冲刷机理出发，研究和探讨了圆柱周围的冲淤形态；分析各种海洋环境参数对最大冲刷深度的影响，并利用已取得的实验资料，采用量纲分析原理和多元线性回归分析方法，建立一个波流共同作用下海床上直立大直径圆柱建筑物周围的最大冲刷深度计算公式。
